  • 4 lobster tails
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

 

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to broil and position the rack in the middle.
  • Using kitchen shears, cut the top of each lobster shell lengthwise, then gently pull the meat out, resting it on top of the shell.
  • In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  • Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  • Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and broil for 8–10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and slightly golden.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
