  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • In a skillet, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat. Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
  • In the same skillet, add remaining butter and garlic. Sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Stir in chicken broth, thyme, and parsley, and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over the chicken, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
