Easy Turtle Bars recipe with refrigerated sugar cookie dough, semisweet chocolate chips, chopped pecans, and caramel ice cream topping. A delicious treat with minimal prep time.

  • 1 roll (16.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
  • 3 cups chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 jar (12.25 oz) caramel ice cream topping
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (16 squares)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Press cookie dough into the bottom of an ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  • Sprinkle chocolate chips and pecans over the dough.
  • In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in brown sugar until dissolved. Drizzle over the pecans.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and immediately drizzle with caramel ice cream topping.
  • Cool completely before cutting into bars.

  • Ensure the bars are completely cool before cutting to avoid a sticky mess.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
