  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  • Add ground turkey, breaking it apart with a spoon. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  • Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
  • Add diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
  • Bring the chili to a simmer, reduce heat to low, and cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot with your choice of toppings.
