  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  1. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onions and garlic, cook until soft.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet and brown until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in flour, cook for 1-2 minutes to remove raw flour taste.
  5. Gradually add beef broth, followed by tomato sauce. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until thickened.
  6. Pour in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and sauce is smooth.
