1/2 cup diced onions
1/2 cup diced green bell peppers
1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
3 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onions, bell peppers, crushed crackers, eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, ketchup, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased loaf pan.
