  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers

  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onions, bell peppers, crushed crackers, eggs, milk, cheddar cheese, ketchup, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until well combined.
