Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets

  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped

  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds or chopped nuts

  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

For the dressing:

  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, cranberries, sunflower seeds, bacon, and cheddar cheese.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.

Notes
