6 medium russet potatoes, diced
1 cup sour cream
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped green onions
1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp butter, melted
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large bowl, combine diced potatoes, sour cream, 1 ½ cups of cheese, green onions, and most of the bacon.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
Drizzle melted butter on top.
