⅓ cup mayonnaise
⅓ cup sour cream
1 large lime, zested and juiced (about 2 teaspoons zest and 2 tablespoons juice)
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cucumbers, sliced
1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime zest, lime juice, dill, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and kosher salt until well combined.
Add the cooked shrimp, cucumber slices, and red onion to the bowl. Toss gently to coat with the dressing.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Serve chilled, garnished with additional dill if desired.
Notes
