  • ⅓ cup sour cream
  • 1 large lime, zested and juiced (about 2 teaspoons zest and 2 tablespoons juice)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

 

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lime zest, lime juice, dill, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, and kosher salt until well combined.
  • Add the cooked shrimp, cucumber slices, and red onion to the bowl. Toss gently to coat with the dressing.
