This Crockpot Taco Spaghetti recipe combines the bold flavors of taco seasoning with tender spaghetti for a creamy, cheesy, and easy slow cooker meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz spaghetti, broken in half
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, diced avocado, cilantro, jalapeños

Instructions

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onion until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  • Transfer the beef mixture to the crockpot.
  • Add taco seasoning, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, and beef broth. Stir to combine.
  • Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours.
  • Add broken spaghetti to the crockpot, stirring to submerge it in the liquid. Cover and cook for an additional 1 hour or until the pasta is tender.
  • Stir in shredded cheese until melted.
  • Serve with your favorite toppings like sour cream, diced avocado, cilantro, or jalapeños.

Notes

  • If the spaghetti absorbs too much liquid, add a splash of broth or water.
  • You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for ground beef.
  • For extra spice, use hot diced tomatoes with chilies.
