This Crockpot Pizza Casserole recipe is a hearty, cheesy, and flavorful dish that's perfect for pizza lovers. Made with pasta, ground beef, marinara sauce, pepperoni, and plenty of melted cheese, this slow cooker recipe is a perfect choice for family dinners or potluck gatherings.

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cups cooked pasta (rotini or penne work best)
  • 2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and diced onions over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked beef, cooked pasta, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Grease the inside of your crockpot with non-stick spray. Layer half of the pasta mixture in the crockpot.
  5. Add a layer of mozzarella and cheddar cheese, then top with half of the sliced pepperoni.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining pasta mixture, cheese, and pepperoni.
  7. Cover and cook on LOW for 3-4 hours or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
