  • 12 ounces lasagna noodles
  • 15 ounces ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella (divided)
  • 1 cup shredded Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef with minced onion and 3 minced garlic cloves in a skillet.
  • Stir in marinara, tomato paste, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan, parsley, and remaining garlic.
  • Layer uncooked lasagna noodles, meat sauce, and cheese mixture in the crockpot, repeating layers.
