  • 3 tablespoons Butter
  • 1.5 cups Onion (diced)
  • 2 cups Cheese (reserve ½ cup for topping)
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 10.5 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt

Instructions

  • Spray your crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded potatoes, butter, diced onions, 1.5 cups of cheese, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, and garlic salt.
  • Pour the mixture into the crockpot and spread it evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or until the potatoes are tender.
