  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow onion, sliced
  • 12 oz penne pasta
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Add chicken, olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic, and vegetables into the crock pot. Mix to coat the chicken and veggies.
