  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 large garlic clove, minced
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Crust:

  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Avocado oil spray

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken Tenders:
    • Mix egg, lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper in a bowl.
    • Dip chicken tenders in the mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
  • Crust the Chicken Tenders:
    • Combine flour, bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
    • Coat the chicken tenders with the crust mixture.
    • Spray with avocado oil.
  • Cook the Chicken Tenders:
    • Heat a pan over medium heat.
    • Cook chicken tenders until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  • Make the Dressing:
    • In a bowl, mix mayo, yogurt, grated garlic, black pepper, lemon juice, salt, olive oil, grated Parmigiano Reggiano, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
