Chicken Tenders:
8 chicken tenders, remove filmy skin
1 large egg
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 large garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon black pepper
Crust:
½ cup flour
½ cup bread crumbs
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon salt
Avocado oil spray
Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Tenders:
Mix egg, lemon juice, minced garlic, and black pepper in a bowl.
Dip chicken tenders in the mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
Crust the Chicken Tenders:
Combine flour, bread crumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a separate bowl.
Coat the chicken tenders with the crust mixture.
Spray with avocado oil.
Cook the Chicken Tenders:
Heat a pan over medium heat.
Cook chicken tenders until golden brown and crispy, about 5-7 minutes per side.
Make the Dressing:
