Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz pasta (linguine, fettuccine, or spaghetti)
  • 2 salmon fillets (skinless, boneless)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook salmon fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and flake into pieces.
  • In the same pan, sauté garlic until fragrant. Pour in broth and let simmer.
  • Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir until sauce thickens.
  • Toss in cooked pasta and flaked salmon, mixing well to coat.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • Substitute heavy cream with half-and-half for a lighter version.
  • Use smoked salmon for extra flavor.

  • Adjust spice level by adding more red pepper flakes.
