  • 10.75 oz can of cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1 stick butter, melted (1/2 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken, soup, and sour cream or Greek yogurt until well combined.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In another bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers with the melted butter.
