  • 12 oz spaghetti
  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 6 slices of bacon, chopped
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the chicken slices until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and minced garlic.
  5. Return the skillet to low heat. Add cooked pasta, chicken, and bacon. Pour in the egg mixture, stirring quickly to coat the pasta without scrambling the eggs.
  6. Gradually add reserved pasta water to achieve a silky, creamy consistency.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
