  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted (optional for breadcrumbs)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Stir in the shredded chicken, chopped spinach, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • (Optional) In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle over the casserole.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
