  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • In a skillet, melt butter and brown the pork chops on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  • Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add chicken broth, stirring until smooth. Pour in the cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Place the pork chops in a baking dish and pour the cream sauce over them.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the pork chops are fully cooked (145°F internal temperature).
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
