  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly.
  3. Once melted and smooth, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Fold in dried cranberries (and nuts if using).
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours or until set.
  7. Cut into squares and serve or store in an airtight container.
