This club sandwich recipe is a perfect combination of toasted bread, turkey, crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, and juicy tomato. Ideal for lunch or dinner, this easy-to-make sandwich is delicious, satisfying, and customizable for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 3 slices of white or whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 3-4 oz turkey or chicken breast, sliced
  • 3 slices of crispy cooked bacon
  • 2-3 leaves of fresh lettuce
  • 2 slices of tomato
  • 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Sliced avocado or cheese

Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.
  3. On the first slice, layer lettuce, tomato, turkey, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  4. Place the second slice of bread on top (mayonnaise side up). Add lettuce, bacon, and optional toppings like avocado or cheese.
  5. Top with the third slice of bread (mayonnaise side down).
  6. Cut the sandwich diagonally into quarters and secure each quarter with a toothpick.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
