Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
  • Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until well incorporated.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

  • Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
