  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
