  • 3 tbsp peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional, for spice)
  • 2 green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (optional garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same pan, sauté the garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • Lower the heat and add peanut butter, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and chicken broth. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  • Add the cooked chicken back to the pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the chicken to absorb the sauce.
  • Adjust seasoning with chili flakes and honey, if desired.
