2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 cups cooked rice
3 cups fresh broccoli florets
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup milk
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, broccoli, soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
You can use frozen broccoli if fresh is unavailable. Just make sure to thaw and drain it before adding.
For a richer flavor, substitute cream of chicken soup with homemade white sauce.
