This chicken broccoli rice casserole is a one-pan meal featuring tender chicken, fresh broccoli, and fluffy rice baked together in a creamy, cheesy sauce. A perfect weeknight comfort food dish that's easy to prepare and full of flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, rice, broccoli, soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of cheddar cheese on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
