  • Crust:
    • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs
    • ¼ cup melted butter
  • Filling:
    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
    • ¾ cup sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • ½ cup sour cream
    • ½ cup melted dark chocolate

 

  • Topping:
    • 1 cup cherry pie filling
    • ¼ cup chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare Crust: Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press into a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Make Filling: Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla, sour cream, and melted chocolate.
  • Bake: Pour filling over the crust and bake for 40–45 minutes until set. Let cool completely.
  • Add Topping: Spread cherry pie filling over the cooled cheesecake. Garnish with chocolate shavings if desired.

 

  • Chill & Serve: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing and serving.
