Ingredients

  • Ground beef

Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Brown ground beef with chopped onion in a skillet. Drain excess grease.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, milk, and butter.
  4. Layer sliced potatoes, beef, and cheese in a baking dish. Pour soup mixture over the top.
