  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 12 slider buns
  • 12 slices of cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until onion softens.
  3. Slice slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the cooked ground beef mixture evenly over the buns. Top each with a slice of cheese.
  5. Place the top buns on each slider, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and sliders are warmed through.
