1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp paprika

2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add mushrooms and cook until tender. Set aside.
Slice a pocket into each chicken breast and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
Stuff each chicken breast with sautéed mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Secure with toothpicks if needed.
Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken on both sides until golden brown.
