  • 28 ounces diced potatoes, cooked (don't thaw if frozen)
  • 2 cups mixed bell peppers and onions (frozen section)
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup full-fat sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided use)
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • ½ cup sliced green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, diced potatoes, mixed bell peppers and onions, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1 cup cheddar cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
