  • 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned. Drain excess fat. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Spread the beef mixture evenly in the pie dish and top with shredded cheese.
