  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 1 can corn, drained

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown ground beef with onions until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced tomatoes, corn, and green beans to the beef mixture. Stir well.
  4. Spread the beef mixture into a casserole dish.
