  • 12 oz pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Stir in Buffalo sauce, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add shredded chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Stir in cooked pasta and cheddar cheese. Mix well until cheese melts and pasta is evenly coated.
  6. Garnish with green onions, if desired, and serve immediately.
