  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon dried minced garlic
  • ½ teaspoon dried minced onion
  • 1 refrigerated crescent roll dough sheet

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, black pepper, sea salt, minced garlic, and minced onion.
  • Roll out the crescent roll dough and press into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  • Spread the cooked sausage over the dough.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
