  • 6 large eggs

  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated or sliced thin
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • Salsa, sour cream, and guacamole (for serving)

Instructions

  • Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
