Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat a skillet over medium heat if cooking on the stovetop.
  • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil all over the chicken.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  • For Baking: Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
For Pan-Searing: Sear the chicken in a skillet for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.

Notes

  • For extra juiciness, marinate the chicken breasts in a mixture of olive oil, lemon juice, and herbs for 30 minutes before cooking.
  • You can grill the chicken on medium-high heat for 5-6 minutes per side for a smoky flavor.
  • Serve with roasted vegetables, a side salad, or over pasta for a complete meal.
