  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • Butter for frying

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  • In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in vanilla, milk, and melted butter.
  • Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  • Fold in the blueberries.
  • Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and melt a bit of butter.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake.
