  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers (optional)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Sour cream, salsa, and guacamole for serving

Instructions

  • Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add taco seasoning and water, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a separate skillet, heat olive oil and lightly sauté onions and bell peppers until soft.
  • Lay tortillas flat and sprinkle one half with cheese, cooked beef, onions, and peppers.
  • Fold tortilla in half and cook in a hot skillet until golden and crispy on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
