  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper until softened. Add oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Stir in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  • Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain.
