  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with BBQ sauce and ranch dressing until well combined.
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl and stir to coat everything evenly.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Top with crumbled bacon and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
