1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
3 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a baking dish.
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, olive oil, garlic, wine, and lemon juice. Pour over shrimp.
