Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  • Mix in the apple butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg until fully incorporated.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is just set.
