Instructions

  • Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).

  • In another bowl, combine parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • Coat each chicken breast with the mayo mixture, then press into the parmesan-breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
  • Place the coated chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  • Cook at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is golden brown and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
