  • Add Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  • Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
