  • 2 large tortillas

  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, sliced

  • ½ cup black beans, drained and rinsed

  • ½ cup corn kernels

  • ½ cup shredded lettuce

  • ½ cup diced tomatoes

  • ¼ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt

  • 1 tbsp lime juice

  • 1 tsp chipotle seasoning

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix sour cream (or Greek yogurt) with lime juice, chipotle seasoning, salt, and pepper.

  • Lay out the tortillas and spread the sauce evenly on each.

  • Layer sliced chicken, black beans, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly into a wrap.

 

  • Slice in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.
