  • 1/4 cup melted butter

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add diced potatoes and chopped onions to the bowl, stirring to coat evenly with the mixture.
