  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes (10 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream or milk
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
