1 lb ground turkey
1 cup orzo pasta
1 tbsp olive oil
1 small onion, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 zucchini, chopped
1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
2 cups chicken broth
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
