  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup beef broth
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Cook ground beef in a large skillet until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Add bell peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté until softened.
  • Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Add softened cream cheese and beef broth, stirring until the mixture is creamy and combined.
  • Transfer beef mixture into a baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella and slices of provolone.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
